Before you begin
This utility works on desktop versions of **Google Chrome**, **Microsoft Edge**, or **Opera**. Please ensure your device is connected via a high-quality USB-C data cable.
Step 1: Connectivity
Plug your TX-E unit into your computer using a USB-C data cable.
Quick Start Guide

Connect your device to your computer via USB.

Click Find My Device and select your unit from the list.

If an update is available, click Install Update Now.
Troubleshooting
• Use a high-quality data cable (not just a charging cable).
• Close other apps that might be using the USB port.
• Try a different USB port if your device isn't recognized.
