Getting Started with your TX-E Device

Welcome to the TX-E family! Our products are designed to be simple and effective, delivering connectivity where others can't.

What you'll need

Before you begin, download the TX-E Connect app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).

Setup steps

1. Power on your device
Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns on.

2. Connect the app to your device
Open TX-E Connect and press the Configure button on the device itself — this makes it discoverable via Bluetooth. Once it appears in the app, tap to connect.

3. Choose your uplink mode
Select either Long Range (WiFi HaLow) or Standard WiFi depending on your environment and the network you're connecting to.

4. Connect to your WiFi network
Scan for available networks and select yours. Enter your network credentials when prompted — this becomes your uplink connection.

5. Set up your access point
You'll be prompted to configure your local access point. If you selected Long Range HaLow as your uplink, this will broadcast as a standard WiFi hotspot for your devices to join.

6. Connect your devices
That's it — you're all set! Connect your phone, TX-E products, or any other devices to the new network and you're good to go.
